Warren Jacks - Manager
For the past four years, Warren Jacks has managed Tiger Home Loans Pty Ltd, the independent finance brokerage arm of the Ingles Group. As Manager, Warren is responsible for overseeing daily operations of Tiger Home Loans including interviewing and assessing loan applicants, preparing finance submissions for lending institutions, establishing relationships, and new business development.
Warren has a background of over 30 years in the banking and finance industry, both in the residential/retail finance and commercial finance sectors. He has developed a broad depth of experience and knowledge of lending and sales, working for various financial institutions, and is experienced in the preparation, assessment, and approval processes for residential/retail lending and commercial lending.
Prior to joining Ingles Group, Warren’s finance career included managerial roles at branch and regional levels with banks, building societies, and finance companies, including Metway Finance (now Suncorp) as Regional Business Development Manager, Area/Regional Manager for a range of building societies, and nine years as the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales Manager for Mercantile Credits Ltd (subsequently Esanda Ltd).
