Ingles Maudsland

This Ingles Maudsland Shopping Centre which is currently under construction will be the first for the Ingles Group expansion into the commercial sector.

It will commence with a Child Care Centre for 100 children which is due to be completed in January  2008.  Following will be the Retail/Commercial Centre to be completed in March 2008.

The centre is situated on a high profile bend on Maudsland Road, Maudsland, Gold Coast, and ideally located to service the established and growing population.  It is nestled amongst the rapidly expanding developments of the Reserve at Oxenford, Riverstone Crossing and Parklake developments.  All together these developments will increase the density in the area by approximately 1,400 homes.

Accordingly interest has been strong due to the support of the current population and the strong growth that is occurring in the region.
